Student Performance. Student performance shall be assessed and evaluated in accordance with the School’s governing laws and rules, the assessment and evaluation provisions of the School’s Approved Application (Appendix 1) and the provisions of this Charter. In addition to evaluating the School’s success in achieving the objectives stated in either the Application, the School Accountability Plan, or the School Improvement Plan, when required, the School shall be held accountable for meeting federal and state student performance requirements, as provided in Sections 1001.02, 1008.33, and 1008.345, Florida Statutes. The School agrees to permit the Sponsor’s personnel to observe the charter school’s operations to assess student performance upon reasonable notice.

Student Performance. The student agrees to attend classes regularly, study diligently, and abide by the rules and regulations of CDAWI. It is understood that failure by the student to attend class regularly, study diligently, or to abide by the rules and regulations of CDAWI, as stated in its catalog, or as otherwise prescribed by CDAWI, now or in the future, verbally or in written form, may result in immediate suspension or termination at the option of CDAWI and CDAWI will not be held responsible for the remaining portion of the course of instruction. It is understood that such rules and regulations to be imposed in the future will be reasonable and proper. REFUNDS - Cancellation must be made in person or by certified mail. All money will be refunded if the applicant is not accepted by the school or if the student cancels within three (3) business days after the enrollment agreement and making initial payment. Cancellation after the third (3rd) business day, but before the first day of class, will result in a refund of all money paid, with the exception of the registration fee. Cancellation after attendance has begun, but prior to 50% completion of the program, will result in a prorated refund computed on the number of hours completed to the total program hours. Cancellation after completing 50% of the program will result in no refund. TERMINATION DATE - The termination date for refund computation purposes is the last date of actual attendance by the student unless earlier written notice is received. Refunds will be made within 30 days of termination or receipt of cancellation notice.

Student Performance. The College reserves the right to advise the student, parents, and School System that the student does not have sufficient skills or abilities to continue in the courses selected after the first semester.
Student Performance. The Kansas Department of Education has issued guidelines requiring the use of SP in Professional Employees’ evaluation. Student Performance must align with individual teacher goals. The Evaluation Committee will annually review and report to the Negotiation Teams on SP and recommend any modification(s) necessary to maintain an effective evaluation system. Evaluation Process
Student Performance. The School is accountable to State Board of Education Rules 6A- 1.09981 and 6A-1.09422 FAC. Student Performance. The School agrees to make incremental progress towards meeting state academic standards as defined by the Colorado School Performance Framework, as well as making incremental progress in student academic growth, growth gaps and post-secondary work force readiness. Incremental progress in each of these indicators will be defined as progress sufficient to receive an AEC overall rating of at least "Improvement" by 2018. GOAL Academy will adhere to all requirements of the law to include specific requirements for "Priority Improvement" and "Tum Around" schools as appropriate. GOAL will also establish an annual Unified Improvement Plan (UIP) through the implementation of annual revisited and agreed-upon academic targets, developed through use of the UIP process. In addition to school-wide targets, the School shall develop specific performance targets for identified areas of improvement. In the event that the School does not meet its annually agreed-upon targets, the School must work with the District utilizing the School's interim assessment results, to develop quarterly benchmark targets in addition to the School's UIP targets.

Student Performance. The SCHOOL shall be responsible to the best of its ability for the conduct of the Students during the clinical training at AFFILIATE, and shall require that the Students (and SCHOOL Instructors, if applicable) comply with applicable AFFILIATE policies and procedures, state and federal laws, and requirements of the Joint Commission.

A teacher may request assistance and advice from a peer for any reason related to teaching duties. The principal will expedite this assistance by providing sufficient release time for the helping teacher to observe, plan action, implement and evaluate results. The helping teacher will request release time in writing, specifying dates and times. To facilitate release time, the principal may offer other dates and times if necessary, so long as the purpose of the assistance can be addressed promptly. The Administration may suggest that a teacher use this service, but participation by either teacher is optional. No mention will be made in any written evaluation of a teacher using or refusing peer assistance. This program will not preclude any remediation as otherwise provided in this contract. Any teacher may serve as a peer assistant, providing he/she has five (5) years' teaching experience, experience relevant to the situation, and excellent or superior ratings on his last evaluation.
