Projects may be located anywhere in the state on the state highway system, rail, or on local public agency (“LPA”) transportation systems. Consultant is not required to propose on all offered mini-solicitation opportunities for project assignments. In some cases, projects may be bundled for assignment under a single WOC. Tasks and deliverables that may be assigned via WOCs under this PA may include but are not limited to those listed in the sections below.
