Work Order Contract definition

Work Order Contract or “WOC” means the contract formed between Consultant and Agency by an executed work order. The executed WOC includes the SOW for a specific project, method of compensation, not-to-exceed dollar amount, and incorporates required and applicable provisions of the PA. Related to Work Order Contract

  • Job-order-contracting means a project delivery method in which:

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Customer Contract means any written contract or agreement (other than trade contracts) between Seller and any of its customers (or under which Seller has rights) which has been entered into and signed by the parties thereto in connection with the publication of the Directories and corresponding provision of Directory Services.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.
