Review definition

Review means a financial or operational audit, investigation, inspection or other form of review requested or required by the Funder under the terms of the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement, but does not include the annual audit of the HSP’s financial statements;
Review has the meaning stated in the Asset Representations Review Agreement.
Review means the performance by the Asset Representations Reviewer of the testing procedures for each Test and each Review Receivable according to Section 3.3.

More Definitions of Review

Review means the completion by the Asset Representations Reviewer of the procedures listed under “Tests” in Schedule B for each Review Receivable as further described in Section 3.03.
