The bidder is expected to examine carefully all instructions, conditions of Contract, contract data, forms, terms, and technical specifications, bill of quantities, forms, Appendix and drawings in the Bid Document. Failure to comply with the requirements of Bid Document shall be at the bidder’s own risk. Pursuant to clause 26 here of bids, which are not substantially responsive to the requirements of the Bid Documents shall be rejected.

Failure to furnish all information as required by the Bidding documents or to submit a Bid not responsive to the Bidding documents in every respect will be at the Bidder’s risk and may result in the rejection of its Bid. iii) In case of discrepancies between the Invitation to Bid and the Bidding Documents listed in ITB 2.2.1 (i) above, the said Bidding Documents, not in conflict with any provision of PPR-14, will take precedence. iv) The Procuring Agency is not responsible for the completeness of the Bidding Documents and their addenda, if they were not obtained directly from the Procuring Agency or from its website or website of PPRA. Re-confirming from the Procuring Agency that all pages/ contents have been properly and clearly received is the prime responsibility of the Bidder.
