Section III definition
Section III of the TDP was revised to reflect the Forbearance. Under the revised TDP, all Asbestos Personal Injury Claims will be paid without priority in payment and in all respects pari passu with each other. The Forbearance and the treatment of Asbestos Personal Injury Claims under the TDP is described, in detail, in Section 6.4 - "Treatment of Classified Claims and Interests" below.
