This shall be treated as Total Security Deposit and shall be retained by the Bank for contract period. Commencement of works Within 15 days (Mobilization period) from the date of Work Order. If the Contractor delays by more than 15 days over and above the specified time, the Bank is at the liberty to terminate the contract without giving any notice.
