SCOPE OF BID. 1.1 The Employer, as defined in the Conditions of Contract Part II hereinafter “the Employer” wishes to receive bids for the construction of works as described in Section 1, clause 102 of the Special Specifications –“Location and extent of the Works”)
SCOPE OF BID. The bid is based on the scope of the assignment as determined in the Bid Data Sheet (Section 2). The instruction to bidders should be read in conjunction with the Bid Data Sheet. The successful Bidder will be expected to complete the assignment by the Intended Completion Date specified in the contract to be signed CORRUPT PRACTICES Norwegian Refugee Council requires Employees, Bidders and Contractors, to observe standards of ethics during procurement and the execution of contracts. In pursuit of this, Norwegian refugee Council defines, for the purposes of this provision, the terms set forth below as follows: “Corrupt practice” includes the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of anything of value to influence the action of a public official in the procurement process or in contract execution; and

SCOPE OF BID. 1.1 The Employer as defined in the "General Conditions of Contract [GCC]", wishes to receive Bids as described in the Bidding Document/Tender document issued by Employer. Employer/Owner/GGPL occurring herein under shall be considered synonymous.

SCOPE OF BID. The Authority wishes to receive Bids for Qualification in order to SELECT experienced and capable bidder for the work of “Maintenance of ATC Road Traffic Signal Systems in Island City of Brihanmumbai for the period from 01.10.2022 to 31.03.2024.”
SCOPE OF BID. 1.1 The Employer, as defined in the General Conditions of Contract, hereinafter "the Employer”, Bid wishes to receive bids for the Services as described in Section IV, Special Conditions of Contract, hereinafter referred to as "the Services".
SCOPE OF BID. 1.1 The (referred to as Employer in these documents) invites bids for the construction of works (as defined in these documents and referred to as "the works") detailed in the table given in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). The bidders may submit bids for any or all of the works detailed in the table given in IFB.
SCOPE OF BID. The Authority wishes to receive Bids for Qualification in order to SELECT experienced and capable bidder for the work of “Maintenance of Conventional Non ATC Road Traffic Signal Systems and Flashing Beacons in Western Suburb of Greater Mumbai for the period from 01.04.2021 to 30.09.2022.”
