Contract Forms definition

Contract Forms means any standard form or request or application, used by the Bank in its relations with the Customers, whose subject matter is the Customer's request related to contracting, change or provision of Banking Services and Products (e.g.: account opening request, Specimen Signature Card, request to challenge unauthorized operations, etc.).
Contract Forms means the volume of the Contract that contains forms for completion at the Contractstage;
Contract Forms has the meaning set forth in the Purchase Agreement.

  • Within twenty-one (21) days of the receipt of the Letter of Award from the Procuring Entity, the successful Tenderer shall furnish the Performance Security and, any other documents required in the TDS, in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract, subject to ITT 38.2 (b), using the Performance Security and other Forms included in Section X, Contract Forms, or another form acceptable to the Procuring Entity.

Related to Contract Forms

  • Contract File means with respect to each Contract, the physical and/or electronic files in which Credit Acceptance maintains the fully executed original counterpart or “authoritative copy” (in each case, for UCC purposes) of the Contract (to the extent required in accordance with Section 3.03 of this Agreement), either a standard assurance in the form commonly used in the industry relating to the provision of a certificate of title or other evidence of lien, the original or electronic instruments modifying the terms and conditions of such Contract and the original or electronic endorsements or assignments of such Contract.

  • First-tier Subcontractor means any Subcontractor that has a contract with the General Contractor.

  • Lower tier subcontractor means any party entering into an agreement with the SUBCONTRACTOR or any Lower Tier SUBCONTRACTOR for the furnishing of supplies or services required for performance of this Subcontract.
