Form of Bid means collectively, the Letter of Technical Proposal (as defined in the Bidding Documents) and the Letter of Financial Proposal (as defined in the Request for Proposals Documents).

Form of Bid means the document entitled Form of Bid, which was completed by the Contractor and includes the signed offer to the Employer for the works. “Employer’s Requirement” means the document entitled Employer‟s Requirement, as included in the Contract, and any additions and modifications to the Employer‟s Requirement in accordance with the Contract. Such document specifies the Works. “Drawings” means the drawings of the Works, as included in the Contract, and any additional and modified drawings issued by (or on behalf of) the Employer in accordance with the Contract. “Schedules” means the document(s) entitled schedules, completed by the Contractor and submitted with the Form of Bid, as included in the Contract. Such document may include the Bill of Quantities, data, lists, and schedules of rates and/or prices. “Bid” means the Form of Bid and all other documents which the Contractor submitted with the Form of Bid, as included in the Contract. “Bill of Quantities” and “Day Work Schedule” and “Schedule of Payment Currencies” mean the documents so named (if any) which are comprised in the Schedules.

Examples of Form of Bid in a sentence

  • The Bidder shall furnish information as described in the Form of Bid on commissions or gratuities, if any, paid or to be paid to agents relating to this Bid, and to contract execution if the Bidder is awarded the contract.

  • No alteration is to be made in the Form of Bid except in filling up the blanks as directed.

  • Withdrawal of a bid during the interval between the deadline for submission of bids and the expiration of the period of bid validity specified in the Form of Bid may result in forfeiture of the Bid Security in pursuance to Clause IB.15.

  • The bidder shall prepare one original of the documents comprising the bid as described in Clause 13 of these Instructions to Bidders, bound with the section containing the Form of Bid and Appendix to Bid, and clearly marked “ORIGINAL”.

  • Bidders are particularly directed that the amount entered on the Form of Bid shall be for performing the Contract strictly in accordance with the Bidding Documents.

  • In the case of Interim Payment Certificate, within the time stated in the Appendix to Form of Bid, after the Engineer has signed the Interim Payment Certificate.

  • The bidder shall furnish, as part of his bid, a bid security in the amount shown in the Appendix to Form of Bid.

  • Withdrawal of a bid during the interval between the deadline for submission of bids and the expiration of the period of bid validity specified in the Form of Bid may result in forfeiture of the Bid Security pursuant to Sub-Clause IB.13.5(a).

Related to Form of Bid

  • Form of Contract means the document comprising Section 1 of the Contract signed by or on behalf of the Parties confirming their willingness to enter into and be bound by the terms of the Contract.

  • Form of Note means the “Form of Note” attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Form of Acceptance means the Form of formal acceptance, signed by the Procuring Entity, of the Form of Tender, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties. If there is no such Form of acceptance, the expression “Form of Acceptance” means the Contract Agreement and the date of issuing or receiving the Form of Acceptance means the date of signing the Contract Agreement.

  • Form of Tender means the form of tender in Part C – Form of Tender to this ITT on which Tenderers are to complete their Tenders;

  • Form of Agreement means the form of agreement contained in Part D of the RFP;

  • Form of Notice of Conversion means the “Form of Notice of Conversion” attached as Attachment 1 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Form of Assignment and Transfer means the “Form of Assignment and Transfer” attached as Attachment 3 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Advance Request Form means a certificate, in a form approved by Lender, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting a Revolving Credit Advance.

  • Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Certification As defined in Section 11.09.

  • Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Certification As defined in Section 11.05.

  • Notice of Purchase Withdrawal Has the meaning specified in the Deposit Agreement.

  • Day Case Procedure means a Medically Necessary surgical procedure for investigation or treatment to the Insured Person performed in a medical clinic, or day case procedure centre or Hospital with facilities for recovery as a Day Patient.

  • Exhibit E means Exhibit E to the Judgment;

  • Schedule of Discount Fractions The schedule setting forth the Discount Fractions with respect to the Discount Mortgage Loans, attached as an exhibit to the Series Supplement.

  • Price List means any price list(s) issued by SAP for the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model setting out the available software, services and the prices or fees as further defined in the in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
