Price Schedule definition

Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;
Price Schedule means the then current version of NOA's schedule of purchase prices and minimum order quantities for the Licensed Products.
