Bidding Documents definition

Bidding Documents means the set of Bidding Documents that preceded the placement of the Contract of which these GCC form a part, which were sold or issued by the Purchaser to potential Bidders, and in which the specifications, terms and conditions of the proposed procurement were prescribed.
Bidding Documents means all documents provided to the interested bidders to facilitate them in preparation of their bids in uniform manner;
Bidding Documents means the documents notified by the Authority for preparation of bids in uniform manner.

Bidding Documents means the set of documents issued by DGPC to potential Bidders in which the specifications, terms and conditions of the proposed procurement are prescribed. The terms “Bidding Documents”, “Tender Documents” and “Bid Documents” are synonymous;
