Bidding Documents. The Construction Documents, the Invitation to Bid, the Instructions to Bidders, the Bid Form, and all Addenda, upon which the Bidder submits a Bid.

Bidding Documents. The Design Professional shall prepare the Bidding Documents utilizing the format provided by the Owner. The Design Professional shall not knowingly issue incomplete Bidding Documents and shall not intentionally rely upon addenda to attain completeness.
Bidding Documents. The term "Bidding Documents" shall mean those documents prepared and furnished by University for the purpose of obtaining bids from contractors to construct the Project, including without limitation, the General Conditions and General Requirements attached in the Exhibits.

Bidding Documents shall consist of: The Phase 500 - Final Design architectural and/or engineering drawings and specifications, any Addenda issued, special, general, and supplemental conditions of the Construction Contract, and modifications, if any, to standard forms provided by the Department. Such forms consist of: The Project advertisement, the instructions to Bidders, the proposal forms, general, supplemental, and any special conditions of the Construction Contract, and the form of agreement between the Department and the Construction Contractor for the Project work requirements. BID SECURITY: The monetary security serving as guarantee that the Bidder will execute the offered Construction Contract or as liquidated damages in the event of failure or refusal to execute the Construction Contract. BUDGET: The maximum legislatively authorized Budget amount to be provided by the State of Michigan and available for a specific purpose or combination of purposes to accomplish the Project for this Contract. BULLETIN: A standard document form (DTMB-0485, Bulletin Authorization No. and the DTMB-0489, Instructions to Construction Contractors for Preparation of Bulletin Cost Quotations for Contract Change Orders) used by the Department to describe a sequentially numbered change in the Project under consideration by the Department and the Professional and to request the Construction Contractor to submit a proposal for the corresponding adjustment in the Contract price and/or Contract time, if any. These standard document forms are a part of the “DTMB-0460, Project Procedures” documents package.
Bidding Documents. A. Prepare bidding documents consisting of Project Manual, Bid Form(s), and Drawings based on the accepted design development submittal, including all agreed upon revisions, in a form suitable for public bidding of contracts in conformance with the Illinois Procurement Code, and CDB Rules and Regulations.
