Bid Form definition

Bid Form means the bid form required to be submitted by an Interested Bidder, as per Annexure I;
Bid Form means Exhibit “A” to the bid instructions provided to the Assuming Institution.

Examples of Bid Form in a sentence

  • The contract fee shall be based on materials actually furnished and installed and services actually provided based on the unit prices contained in the Bid Form and Itemized Bid Schedule, included as Exhibit "A" (pages BF-1 -- BS-1) and by this reference made a part of this Agreement.

  • Prices shall be submitted by the BIDDER according to the prices Bid Form referred in Invitation to Tender section of this document.

  • In such event, the CITY will compensate CONTRACTOR for product supplied to date in accordance with Bid Form which is attached as Attachment “B” and is hereby incorporated by reference.

More Definitions of Bid Form

Bid Form means the Bid form contained in the Contract Documents and any appendices to it that are expressly contemplated by the Contract Documents;
