Tesla agrees to provide four regularly scheduled maintenance inspections at a Tesla Authorized Service Center or by a Tesla Ranger (subject to certain exceptions, including, without limitation, that Tesla Ranger service may not be immediately available in Your area) at the intervals (whichever occurs first) specified in the “Service” column of the Selection of Plan section of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the date this Agreement is purchased or becomes effective, maintenance inspections must be performed within 1,600 kilometers or 30 days of the specified maintenance intervals for Your selected Plan. Any scheduled maintenance not completed within such time will be excluded and no maintenance inspections will be added as a replacement for any such excluded maintenance inspections. The regularly scheduled maintenance inspections shall include the following (subject to change by Tesla at any time and without notice, in its sole discretion): • Vehicle inspection; • Replacement at the time of inspection of normal maintenance items and wear and tear parts, excluding the Battery and tires; • Wheel alignment*; and • Tire rotation*. * Must be done at a Tesla Service Center and cannot be performed by a Tesla Ranger. If Your scheduled maintenance is performed by a Tesla Ranger, You may schedule this service at no additional charge with advance notice to a Tesla Authorized Service Center. A loaner vehicle will be provided to You if Your scheduled maintenance is being performed at a Tesla Authorized Service Center and Tesla estimates that it will take over four hours to complete. A loaner vehicle will not be provided for Tesla Ranger service.
Xxxxx’s Responsibilities. 7.1 The hirer will provide adequate delivery and collection access to enable HML to deliver the products. The hirer shall sign a delivery note to acknowledge receipt of the product.

Jungo shall: (i) provide to You basic support comprised of email support and video tutorials, as well as phone support if and when available, for standard troubleshooting with respect to the Purchased Services at no additional charge, and/or upgraded support if purchased separately (details of the basic support and upgraded support packages are set forth at xxxx://xxx.xxx- xx.xxx/XXXXXXxxxxxxxxXxxxxxxxX.xxx), (ii) use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Jungo Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (a) planned downtime (of which notice shall be given at least 8 hours prior to such planned downtime as posted when logging in to the Services and which shall be scheduled to the extent practicable during the weekend hours from 6:00 p.m. Pacific time Friday to 3:00 a.m. Pacific time Monday), or (b) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond Jungo’s reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems (other than those involving Jungo’s employees), or Internet service provider failures or delays, and (iii) provide the Jungo Services only in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.

Buyer shall be responsible for transmission required to receive and transmit the Product at and from the Designated Interface or ADI, as the case may be, and except as specifically provided in Section 3A and 3B, shall be responsible for any costs associated with transmission therefrom. Xxxxx’s Responsibilities. 2.1 The Hirer must produce event documentation to include a risk assessment and an emergency action plan of the Hire. This documentation must include details of health and safety issues relating to the nature of the hire including arrangements for first aid, supervision, communication, crowd control, use of equipment, traffic management and emergency procedures, appropriate to the nature of the hire.
