User Subscriptions. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, (i) Services are purchased as User subscriptions and may be accessed by no more than the specified number of Users, (ii) additional User subscriptions may be added during the subscription term at the same pricing as that for the pre-existing subscriptions, prorated for the remainder of the subscription term in effect at the time the additional User subscriptions are added, and (iii) the added User subscriptions shall terminate on the same date as the pre-existing subscriptions. User subscriptions are for designated Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned to new Users replacing former Users who no longer require ongoing use of the Services.
User Subscriptions. 2.1 Subject to the Customer purchasing the User Subscriptions in accordance with clause 3.3 and clause 9.1, the restrictions set out in this clause 2 and the other terms and conditions of this agreement, the Supplier hereby grants to the Customer a non- exclusive, non-transferable right, without the right to grant sublicenses, to permit the Authorised Users to use the Services and the Documentation during the Subscription Term solely for the Customer‘s teaching activities in relation to students in year 1 to year 13
User Subscriptions. You undertake that: (i) the maximum number of Users that you permit to access and use the Service shall not exceed the number of User Subscriptions that you have purchased from us; and (ii) Users shall keep confidential any user ID’s and passwords relating to their use of the Service.

(ii) At any point during the subscription period a new revised subscription of a different type, with a different number of users or with a different expiry date can be purchased at the standard published price. An invoice will be raised for the new subscription and credit note will be issued for the unused part of the existing subscription, but no refunds are given. (iii) Temporary additional User subscriptions may be added and used during the Subscription Term. The price for temporary users is published in the system.
User Subscriptions. Your purchase of a corporate subscription enables unlimited Users within Your organization. You are responsible for the administration of Your Users.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Us, Developer Services are made available as User Subscriptions and may be accessed by a number of Users no greater than the number of user IDs we allocate to You. User Subscriptions are for designated Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned to new Users replacing former Users who no longer require ongoing use of the Developer Services.
User Subscriptions. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Purchase Order, (i) The Services and /or Software Products are purchased as User subscriptions and may be accessed by no more than the specified number of Users or as an Enterprise subscriptions with unlimited users as explicitly stated in the applicable Purchase Order. Additional User subscriptions may be added at any time by executing additional Purchase Orders. User subscriptions are for designated Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned to new Users replacing former Users who no longer require ongoing use of the Services and/or Software Products.
