The Buyer agrees. 1. That prior to execution of this agreement, to provide to the SELLER proof of Worker's Compensation coverage for all his/her CONTRACT LOGGER(s) or OPERATOR(s) who will be performing the work on this forest products sale; such coverage to be maintained throughout the period of forest products harvest operations.
The Buyer agrees. 1. To cut only those trees marked with a fresh orange paint spot. Trees marked with an "X" may be cut if desired.
The Buyer agrees a) to have this dog de-sexed before 18 months of age and mail proof of spay/neuter to the breeder. Failure to do so shall null and void Clauses 4, 5 and 6.
The Buyer agrees. 1. To cut only those trees marked or designated as follows: Trees marked for cutting are marked with orange paint. Cull trees are marked with an “X” along with a xxxxx xxxx. A tree that has a bad butt log, but that has volume in the top logs is marked with an “ X ”. All dead snags shall not be cut unless designated by the Forester In Charge or pose a hazard to the Buyer.
The Buyer agrees. That this puppy will be given adequate and proper shelter and housed securely indoors. This dog shall not be neglected, allowed to roam free, or be mistreated in any manner. The puppy shall receive proper veterinary care throughout its life, receiving annual inoculations and placed on a heartworm preventative. The puppy shall receive proper nutrition and care shall be taken to maintain its proper weight. Buyer agrees to give the dog proper training and socialization. Buyer agrees to never sell or surrender this dog into a dog fighting institution, testing center or shelter. Buyer has purchased full registration rights (where applicable) and if they choose to breed the puppy they agree to do so ethically and responsibly keeping in mind the health and safety of the dog and the resulting offspring. With full registration, puppy is eligible for AKC sanctioned events including the conformation ring and if bred with another AKC registered dog of the same breed, offspring may eligible for registration through the AKC. Buyer agrees to notify seller of any and all titles earned by this puppy. No guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, are given by Boxer Blvd, LLC, the Breeder, except those stated herein. Breeder warrants and agrees that they are the lawful owner of this puppy and are alone responsible for entering into this contract with the Buyer. By signing below, both parties, Breeder and Buyer, agree to abide by the contents of this contract.
The Buyer agrees. 1. To cut only those trees marked or designated as follows: 16 black walnut trees marked with blue paint and numbered 1 through 16 with white paint. Other trees marked with blue paint may be felled to help facilitate removal of the 16 walnut trees. If other trees are felled, they will need to be topped and left laying in the xxxxx.
The Buyer agrees. 1. To cut only those trees marked with blue and orange paint. Trees are marked with a spot of blue or orange paint at the base of the tree and a slash at a point approximately 4.5 feet above the ground. A tree that has a questionable butt log, but that has volume in the top logs is marked with an “ ”. Cull and undesirable trees are marked with an "X" and were not tallied or included in the volume estimate but are to be cut and harvested if desired. Buyer may remove any marked tree except those trees marked with a blue band around the circumference are not to be harvested. Those trees marked with the word "DEN" may not be cut or damaged.
The Buyer agrees. 1. To cut only those trees marked with a red paint spot or slash. Trees marked with an "X" may be cut if desired but are not included in volume reports.
The Buyer agrees. That this puppy will be given adequate and proper shelter and be housed securely. This dog shall not be neglected, allowed to roam free, or be mistreated in any manner. The puppy shall receive proper veterinary care throughout its life, receiving annual inoculations and placed on a heartworm preventative. The puppy shall receive proper nutrition and caretaken to maintain its proper weight. Xxxxx agrees to give the dog proper training and socialization. Xxxxx agrees to never sell or surrender this dog into a dog fighting institution, testing center or shelter. The Buyer agrees to finish all puppy vaccines before taking their puppy out in public, letting their puppy on public sidewalks and grasses, or letting their puppy be touched by people outside of the family.
