Rounding. Any financial ratios required to be maintained by the Borrowerpursuant to this Agreement shall be calculated by dividing the appropriate component by the other component, carrying the result to one place more than the number of places by which such ratio is expressed herein and rounding the result up or down to the nearest number (with a rounding-up if there is no nearest number).

Rounding. Any financial ratios required to be maintained or complied with by the Borrowerpursuant to this Agreement (or required to be satisfied in order for a specific action to be permitted under this Agreement) shall be calculated by dividing the appropriate component by the other component, carrying the result to one place more than the number of places by which such ratio is expressed herein and rounding the result up or down to the nearest number (with a rounding-up if there is no nearest number).

Rounding. Unless otherwise specified on the face hereof, all percentages resulting from any calculation on this Floating Rate Note will be rounded to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point, with five one-millionths of a percentage point rounded upwards. All dollar amounts used in or resulting from any calculation on this Floating Rate Note will be rounded to the nearest cent.

Rounding. Certain figures included in this Announcement have been subjected to rounding adjustments. Accordingly, figures shown for the same category presented in different tables may vary slightly and figures shown as totals in certain tables may not be an arithmetic aggregation of the figures that precede them.

Rounding. The Delivery Amount will be rounded up to the nearest integral multiple of USD 10,000. The Return Amount will be rounded down to the nearest integral multiple of USD 10,000.

Rounding. The number of shares of Restricted Shares vesting as of a particular Vesting Date shall be rounded down to the nearest whole share; provided, however, that all remaining Unvested Shares shall vest completely on the final Vesting Date.
