Emergency Procedures definition

Emergency Procedures means in relation to a Network Gas Supply Emergency, the document issued by National Grid NTS entitled 'Network Gas Supply Emergency Procedure', and in relation to a Local Gas Supply Emergency the document issued by the Transporters entitled 'Local Gas Supply Emergency Procedure', containing details (inter alia) of the Stages of a Network Gas Supply Emergency and planned Emergency Steps contained therein, as from time to time revised by National Grid NTS or the Transporters in consultation with the Health and Safety Executive, Users and others.
Emergency Procedures means the written pre-planned steps to be taken in the event of actual or suspected exposure of individuals to excessive radiation. This procedure should include the names and telephone numbers of individuals to be contacted as well as directives for processing the film badge or other personnel-monitoring device.
Emergency Procedures means such documents as are prepared by the Operator in consultation with the Health and Safety Division of the Department, Users and others, setting out details of inter alia, planned Emergency Steps as from time to time revised; and the Operator will provide without charge to each User a copy of the Emergency Procedures, and any update thereof or revision thereto upon preparing such Emergency Procedures or making such update or revision.
