The Customer acknowledges that, should he breach any of these Terms and Conditions, the Bank shall be entitled, without notice, to cancel this agreement and withdraw the facilities under the systems with immediate effect, without prejudice to any rights it may have to recover any amount due to it or any losses or any damages suffered by it in consequence of the Customer’s breach.
Customer’s Responsibilities. Customer shall provide RightNow with all information, access, and full good faith cooperation reasonably necessary to facilitate the provision of the Professional Services, and shall do any thing that is identified in the Order Form as the Customer’s responsibility.
