Use of Equipment mechanical failure of the equipment; negligent design or manufacture of the equipment; the provision of or the failure by the Organization to provide any warnings, directions, instructions or guidance as to the use of the equipment; failure to use or operate the equipment within my own ability.
Use of Equipment. Lessee shall use the Equipment solely in the conduct of its business, in a manner and for the use contemplated by the manufacturer thereof, and in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations of every governmental authority having jurisdiction over the Equipment or Lessee and with the provisions of all policies of insurance carried by Lessee pursuant to Section 3.6.
Use of Equipment. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment including typewriters, duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all types of audio visual, equipment, at reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise in use, for the purpose of coordinating Association business. The local Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incident to use.
Use of Equipment. Lessee shall only use the Equipment in a careful and proper manner and will comply with all laws, rules, ordinances, statutes and orders regarding the use, maintenance of storage of the Equipment.
Use of Equipment. The Federation shall have the right to use equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use for normal operational purposes. Such use shall require the authorization of the appropriate administrator and shall result in no additional cost to the Employer.
Use of Equipment. City shall not be liable for any damage to persons or property as a result of the use, misuse or failure of any equipment used by Contractor, or any of its subcontractors, or by any of their employees, even though such equipment is furnished, rented or loaned by City.
Use of Equipment. Customer shall operate the equipment according to the manufacturer’s specifications and documented instructions. Customer agrees not to employ or use additional attachments, features or devices on the equipment or make changes or alterations to the equipment covered hereby without the prior written consent of Vendor in each case, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Use of Equipment. The primary use of the Equipment by the Student is for the Student’s educational programs. The Student may use the Equipment for other purposes only to the extent that those purposes do not interfere with the primary uses nor violate any state or federal laws or school policies.
Use of Equipment. MERCHANT agrees to utilize only equipment approved by SPS-EFT for the processing of checks and in a format and medium of transmission acceptable to SPS-EFT.
Use of Equipment. When an employee is placed on long term limited duty the HRD shall determine the use of the Employer’s vehicles and wearing of the uniform. The Employer agrees to bargain with the Association prior to implementing any changes to its take home vehicle policy with respect to employees currently in long term limited duty assignments.
