Weekly Status Meetings. Approximately once every week, the Parties shall meet (conference calls may be substituted upon the mutual agreement of the Parties hereto) to discuss the status of the work required under the Work Statement issued hereunder. Such meeting shall provide projections of the time of completion and the status of Infinity's and/or Evcor's (as applicable) services and Deliverables, and shall address any problems that have come to Infinity's or Evcor's attention and Infinity's or Evcor's view as to how such problems may be resolved.

Weekly Status Meetings. During the time the AUDITOR is performing its fieldwork for each Financial Audit, AUDITOR shall conduct bi-weekly status meetings (either virtually or at LACERA’s offices) with LACERA's Project Manager, FASD management and other LACERA staff as necessary, to review and discuss the progress of the Financial Audit, substantive testing, and other issues pertaining to the audit work and any potential findings.
Weekly Status Meetings. The Parties agree that their duly authorized officers will meet (in person, by conference call, or by other mutually agreed electronic means), not less frequently than weekly to discuss the status of the Work and all issues related thereto, including but not limited to, the status of the Project Schedule, any information needed by Builder, Owner, or the classification society to advance the Work, Change Orders, integration of Owner Furnished Items, commissioning plans, dock trials and sea trials, and any other matters pertinent to construction and delivery of the ATB Unit. At the end of each such meeting but prior to its conclusion, the attendees shall develop a mutually agreed action item list indicating the responsible Party for each such item and the completion date for each such item.

Each party shall have the right to assume that the other party does not know of any problems, difficulties or issues that may have an adverse impact on any Release (whether from a timing, cost or performance standpoint) unless a party specifically identifies, in a timely manner, such problems, difficulties or issues during such status meetings. Licensee shall keep minutes of all status meetings in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Sears, and Licensee shall issue copies of the minutes to all meeting attendees within forty-eight (48) hours of each meeting.
