Critical Milestones definition

Critical Milestones shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1 hereof.

Critical Milestones means the Milestones designated as “Critical Milestones” on Exhibit P.

Critical Milestones means those milestones specified in the Project Schedule as Critical Milestones after which liquidated damages apply for failure to complete performance in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of Critical Milestones in a sentence

• The proposed recovery schedule will, at a minimum, demonstrate the means by which Seller intends to recapture lost time, meet Critical Milestones and achieve Project Substantial Completion by the Guaranteed Project Substantial Completion Date.

More Definitions of Critical Milestones

Critical Milestones shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1 hereof. “Custodian” shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.5(a)(i) hereof.

Critical Milestones means certain Milestones designated in the Project Schedule as milestones that are critical to the ability of the Facility to achieve the Substantial Completion Date by the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date. The Critical Milestones are set forth in Appendix M.
