Work Statement definition

Work Statement means any written document provided by the Company setting out the scope of Services to be undertaken, headed ‘Work Statement’ and signed by a director of the Company.
Work Statement means the work statement attached as Appendix II and any other work statements that may be agreed on by the parties during the Term, as may be revised by the written agreement of the parties from time to time. To be valid, a Work Statement must be signed by both parties.
Work Statement means a detailed document that (i) references this Agreement, (ii) is signed by authorized representatives of both Parties and (iii) sets forth, at a minimum, the Services to be provided by Gallus and the fees to be paid by Customer for such Services, and any modifications to such Work Statement that the Parties may agree to in writing from time to time. The initial agreed Work Statement is attached hereto as Appendix 1.

  • In addition, AGC will promptly investigate whether the Non-Conformance is due to AGC’s negligence or failure to comply with its obligations under this Agreement or Work Statement or Regulatory Obligation which has been agreed in writing and will report to Customer the results of such investigation in accordance with the Quality Agreement.

Work Statement means a schedule agreed to by the parties that outlines, among other things, the plan for development services to be provided by METRICS, the particular services to be provided by METRICS, any Deliverables or Products to be developed or manufactured by METRICS, the time schedule for performance, and the amount, schedule and method of payment to be made by COMPANY. Any Work Statement may be modified or amended from time to time upon mutual written agreement of the parties, and such agreed-upon modifications or amendments shall be attached as part of the appropriate schedule and incorporated herein.
