Weekly Progress Meetings. From and after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed until Substantial Completion, Contractor’s Project Manager shall hold weekly progress meetings with the Owner’s Representative (and shall hold more frequent progress meetings at Owner’s reasonable request) to assess and verify actual progress, to discuss coordination and sequencing of their respective obligations in accordance with the Project Schedule and the XXXX Schedule, to predict future progress and to review and, if possible, resolve any construction-related issues that Owner or Contractor may wish to discuss. During those meetings, Contractor shall disclose to Owner the failure or unavailability of any critical components or labor force necessary for the Work. Contractor will provide to Owner any anticipated changes to the Project Schedule. Unless excused by a Force Majeure Event or some other event that warrants a Change Order under Article 9, Contractor acknowledges that such anticipated changes may result in Owner issuing a deductive Change Order as compensation for impacts to Owner.
