Status Meetings Sample Clauses
Status Meetings. The Contractor shall coordinate and participate in regular status meetings between the District Project Coordinator and the Contractor Project Manager, as identified in the RFP, at which time a list of open items with targeted responsibility and due dates will be established.
Status Meetings. Status meetings between the Parties are to be held as specified by the Client in Appendix 1 (project description and specifications) or as otherwise agreed between the Parties.
Status Meetings. During the Term, representatives of the Parties shall meet periodically as set forth in Schedule 1 or as requested by the County to discuss matters arising under this Agreement. Each Party shall bear its own costs in connection with the attendance and participation of such Party’s representatives in such meetings. The place and time, and whether to meet via teleconference or in person, shall be as determined as mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
Status Meetings. In furtherance of the covenants set forth in this Agreement, representatives of each of Dynegy, IPC and Purchaser shall meet:
(a) no less frequently than once each week, in person or by conference telephone: (i) to discuss all filings with Governmental Authorities made or to be made in connection herewith and undertakings, terms and conditions relating thereto; (ii) to discuss costs incurred or committed to be incurred, concessions made, undertakings required and other actions or tasks relating to the approvals and consents required hereunder; and (iii) to discuss regulatory and legislative plans and strategies; and
(b) subject to applicable Law, upon the request of Dynegy or Purchaser for a meeting (for which reasonable advance notice will be provided), either in person or by conference telephone, to discuss (i) financial results (including budget to actual analysis); (ii) capital project progress; (iii) actions to be taken or not to be taken or considered in current or potential regulatory proceedings; (iv) integration coordination; and (v) actions to be taken or not to be taken or considered in furtherance of the provisions of this Agreement.
Status Meetings. During the Term, representatives of the Parties shall meet and/or teleconference periodically as requested by the County to discuss matters arising under this Contract. Riskonnect costs in connection with the attendance and participation of such Party’s representatives in such meetings, is addressed by Attachment B. The place and time, and whether to meet via teleconference or in person, shall be as determined as mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
Status Meetings. The parties shall conduct status meetings on a monthly basis detailing the performance of the Services and Development Work during the period and the work planned to be performed during the upcoming four (4) week period.
Status Meetings. To assist the Parties in sharing information, --------------- and coordinating and evaluating their efforts relating to InterTrust Technology and their mutual technical and business objectives, following the Effective Date the Parties shall meet from time to time to discuss, among other things:
(i) InterTrust's progress in development of the InterTrust Technology; (ii) implementation of such technology by SSG; (iii) feedback concerning Assistance provided to SSG and product development and marketing progress by SSG; and (iv) other issues concerning the Parties' mutual technical and business objectives (the "Status Meetings"). Such --------------- Status Meetings shall: (1) be attended at a minimum by each Party's Relationship Manager and Technical Project Manager (as defined in Section 3.3(d)); and (2) take place not less frequently than once every two (2) months until January 1, 1998, and, thereafter, as may be agreed by the Parties.
Status Meetings. The Parties shall notify each other of any anticipated problems and any indication of delay in fixed or tentative schedules. At least once each month, the Parties shall conference, as mutually agreed, for progress discussions describing in detail the status of the work performed and discussion of possible resolution of any problems which have arisen.
Status Meetings. To assist the Parties in sharing information, --------------- and coordinating and evaluating their efforts relating to InterTrust Technology and their mutual technical and
(i) InterTrust's progress in development of the InterTrust Technology; (ii) implementation of such technology by MBC; (iii) feedback concerning Assistance provided to MBC; and (iv) other issues concerning the Parties' mutual technical and business objectives (the "Status Meetings"). --------------- Such Status Meetings shall: (a) be attended at a minimum by each Party's project manager (as provided in Section 2.5) and two other Senior Engineers involved in activities pursuant to this Agreement; and (b) take place not less frequently than bimonthly until January 1, 1998, and, thereafter, as may be agreed by the Parties.
Status Meetings. At least once every two weeks, Alliacense and PDS shall meet to provide each other relevant status information, wherein
(i) Alliacense shall provide a progress report summarizing efforts being undertaken under the Project, and (ii) PDS shall provide a report summarizing events of which it has knowledge that may reasonably be expected to be relevant to the Project business.
