Status Meetings. Supplier will be prepared to conduct monthly stewardship meetings with VITA to provide a broad review of all services, projects and ongoing operations. Supplier should also be prepared to conduct semi-annual meetings/presentations to discuss new products and services and their potential benefit to VITA.
Status Meetings. The Contractor shall coordinate and participate in regular status meetings between the District Project Coordinator and the Contractor Project Manager, as identified in the RFP, at which time a list of open items with targeted responsibility and due dates will be established.
Status Meetings. Status meetings between the Parties are to be held as specified by the Client in Appendix 1 (project description and specifications) or as otherwise agreed between the Parties.

The Parties hereby agree to have meetings involving the --------------- senior management of each Party no less than once per calendar year quarter to review the status of performance of the E-mail Hosting Services and resolve any outstanding issues relating to the Agreement or the E-mail Hosting Services. In addition, the Parties agree to have regular (no less than bi-monthly) marketing and strategic review meetings at which mutual business opportunities will be identified and marketing programs defined.
Status Meetings. Representatives from HMR and Myogen will meet at least two (2) times annually to discuss development and commercialization of Products for use in the Field for purposes of HMR's information and to monitor Myogen's compliance with the provisions of this Agreement. The location of such meetings will alternate between Myogen's facilities and HMR's facilities. Each Party will bear its own travel and related costs. Myogen shall provide HMR all Information reasonably requested by HMR during the term hereof relating to the development and commercialization of Products for use in the Field and Products.
Status Meetings. The Parties shall notify each other of any anticipated problems and any indication of delay in fixed or tentative schedules. At least once each month, the Parties shall conference, as mutually agreed, for progress discussions describing in detail the status of the work performed and discussion of possible resolution of any problems which have arisen.
