Owner Furnished Items. 4.2.1 The services, information, surveys and reports specified by Article 4.1 shall be furnished at the Owner's expense, and the Project Consultant shall be entitled to rely upon the accuracy and completeness thereof. However, if the Project Consultant reviews all of the information provided by the Owner (such as surveys, soil borings and "as-built" documentation) and determines additional information and/or testing is required to properly design the project, the Project Consultant shall request same from the Owner.
Owner Furnished Items. Reference is made to Contract Documents for Owner furnished items.
Owner Furnished Items. Owner shall, at no cost to Contractor, provide the items listed in Attachment V (“Owner-Furnished Items”) within the times and at the locations set forth therein, subject to the conditions specified therein.
Owner Furnished Items. .a Owner Furnished Items will be available at the dates and at the locations designated in the authorized Service Work Order.
Owner Furnished Items. Owner may elect to provide certain Owner-Furnished Items that shall, at Owner’s option, be stored at the Site or at an off-site location identified and arranged by Owner. Owner shall have the right to assign the Purchase Order for any Owner-Furnished Item to Construction Manager who may, in turn, assign said Purchase Order to the appropriate Trade Contractor. Construction Manager shall cooperate with Owner in the installation of Owner-Furnished Items into the Work.
Owner Furnished Items. The Owner reserves the right to supply materials to Contractor if necessary for the progress of the Work. No markup shall be applied by Contractor or any subcontractor to any such materials provided by the Owner.
Owner Furnished Items. Builder will require the Owner Furnished Items listed in Exhibit D to be timely provided to Builder. Builder has an obligation to timely advise Owner of the dates by which Builder will require specific Owner Furnished Items; and Owner has an obligation to provide the specific Owner Furnished Items by those dates to avoid delays to the critical path of completion of the ATB Unit. Any disputed delays in the critical path advised by Builder to Owner that directly result from Owner’s failure to timely provide Owner Furnished Items shall be handled in accordance with Articles 25.3 through 25.5 of the VCA notwithstanding the dollar limits otherwise set forth therein.
Owner Furnished Items. When documents, services, or other materials furnished by the Owner for the Consultant’s use are deemed by the Consultant as inappropriate, inaccurate, or otherwise unreasonable, the Consultant shall notify the Owner of its opinion immediately upon discovery of same. Owner will notify Consultant upon delivery of any inaccurate data provided to the Consultant. Failure of the Consultant to so notify the Owner shall result in the Consultant’s being responsible for any costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the Owner and forfeiture of claims for damages, delays or other compensation related to the use of those Owner furnished materials.
Owner Furnished Items. When documents, services, or other materials furnished by the Owner for the Contractor's use are deemed by the Contractor as inappropriate, inaccurate, or otherwise unreasonable, the Contractor shall notify the Owner of its opinion within 48 hours in writing immediately upon discovery of same. Failure of the Contractor to so notify the Owner shall result in the Contractor's being responsible for any costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the Owner and forfeiture of claims for damages, extensions of time/delay damages or other compensation related to the use of Owner furnished materials.
