Examples of Licensed Business in a sentence
When the Commission decides to revoke permits to operate the Licensed Business, it shall serve a notice of revocation upon the Licensee and fix a date on which the revocation shall take effect.
References in this clause 7 to costs or liabilities of, or reasonably attributable to, Licensed Business or Other Business shall be construed as excluding taxation, and capital liabilities, which do not relate principally to such Business, and interest thereon.
The Licensee shall seek approval of the Commission before advancing loans, or issuing any guarantee for any obligation of any person except when made or issued for the purposes of the Licensed Business.
