Site Preparation and Installation. Prior to delivering any Services, TASER will provide 1 copy of the then-current user documentation for the Services and related Products in paper or electronic form (Product User Documentation). The Product User Documentation will include all environmental specifications that must be met in order for the Services and related Products to operate in accordance with the Product User Documentation. Prior to the installation of Product (whether performed by the Customer or TASER), the Customer must prepare the Installation Site in accordance with the environmental specifications set forth in the Product User Documentation. Following the installation of the Products, the Customer must maintain the Installation Site where the Products have been installed in accordance with the environmental specifications set forth in the Product User Documentation. In the event that there are any updates or modifications to the Product User Documentation for any Products provided by TASER under this Agreement, including the environmental specifications for the Products, TASER will provide the updates or modifications to Customer when they are generally released by TASER to TASER customers.

Site Preparation and Installation. Vendor shall provide specifications for each site set forth in Exhibit B. Upon User's request, Vendor shall examine such sites before creating the specifications. User, with advice from Vendor, will prepare the spaces in which the System will be installed in accordance with Vendor's specifications for operating conditions such as environment, power, and ca- bling. After preparation of a installation site, Vendor shall, prior to the date(s) for initial delivery of the System under Exhibit B, inspect the prepared installation site and shall notify User in writing of any detected deficiencies in the way the installation site fails to meet Vendor's specifications. Vendor will endeavor to provide a thorough inspection, how- ever, notwithstanding such inspection, Vendor will not be liable for damages, costs, or delays caused by User's failure to adequately prepare the site in accordance with Vendor's specifications and advice. Upon User's receipt of the Hardware, Software, and Third Party Software from Vendor, Vendor shall install the Hardware, Software, and Third Party Software for the installation fee set forth in Exhibit A.

BUYER shall be responsible for all site preparation, crane service and installation of the modular swimming pool, including but not limited to, installation of swimming pool heater(s), swimming pool filter(s) and chlorination system(s). Additionally, BUYER shall have a crane on site when the pool is delivered; failure to have a crane ready and available at the time of the delivery will result in additional fees from the shipping company. SELLER’s recommended site preparation is a minimum of ten (10) inches of gravel or a concrete pad of at least six (6) inches in depth for above ground installation. SELLER agrees that the custom designed modular swimming pool can be heated using the following sources: electric, natural gas or propane. SELLER agrees that the custom designed modular swimming pool will be delivered without swimming pool filters and/or swimming pool heaters. SELLER recommends that site preparation should be completed prior to delivery of the modular swimming pool. SELLER also agrees to assist in the procurement of professional drawings or services related to site preparation and installation for a fee agreed upon in writing.
