Clear Space Clause Samples

The Clear Space clause defines the minimum area that must be left unobstructed around a logo, trademark, or other brand element in any use or display. Typically, this clause specifies a required distance—often measured relative to the size of the brand element itself—that must remain free of text, graphics, or other visual distractions. By enforcing a clear space, the clause ensures that the brand element remains prominent and legible, preventing confusion or dilution of the brand's visual identity.
