SITE INSPECTION. Where a site inspection is required by the Bid Specifications or Project Definition, Bidder shall be required to inspect the site, including environmental or other conditions for pre-existing deficiencies that may affect the installed Product, equipment, or environment or services to be provided and, which may affect Bidder’s ability to properly deliver, install or otherwise provide the required Product. All inquiries regarding such conditions shall be made in writing. Bidder shall be deemed to have knowledge of any deficiencies or conditions which such inspection or inquiry might have disclosed. Bidder must provide a detailed explanation with its Bid if additional work is required under this clause in order to properly complete the delivery and installation of the required Product or provide the requested service.
SITE INSPECTION. Authorized County, State and federal representatives shall have the right to inspect work, program and service sites of Subrecipient during the term of this Contract at any time during normal business hours.
SITE INSPECTION. Unless waived by Lender in accordance with Section 8.4, Lender shall have performed, or caused to be performed on its behalf, an on-site due diligence review of each Individual Property to be acquired or refinanced with the Loan, the results of which shall be satisfactory to Lender in Lender’s discretion.

SITE INSPECTION. Consultant represents that Consultant has visited the Project location and is satisfied as to the general condition thereof and that the Consultant’s compensation as provided for in the Agreement is just and reasonable compensation for performance hereunder including reasonably foreseen and foreseeable risks, hazards and difficulties in connection therewith based on such above-ground observations.
SITE INSPECTION. 6.1.1. Site Inspections were carried out on a weekly basis to monitor the implementation of proper environmental pollution control mitigation measures for the project. During the reporting period, site inspections were carried out on 07, 14, 21 & 28 December 2017.
SITE INSPECTION. The Department reserves the right, upon reasonable notice, to inspect the Project to determine whether it meets the Program Requirements. If the Department reasonably determines that the site is not acceptable for the Project in accordance with the Program Requirements, the Department reserves the right to rescind the award and the Grant. Nothing in this paragraph is intended to create or imply any obligation of the Department to inspect the Project.
SITE INSPECTION. At any time during the performance of work on Improvements to the Premises, the Lessor’s inspector or representative may inspect or observe ongoing work or the work site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Lessor is not responsible for supervising or overseeing ongoing work or ensuring the safety of the work site. During the performance of all work on Improvements, the Lessee must maintain on the Premises a copy of the current, annotated Construction Documents for inspection by the Lessor.
SITE INSPECTION. The Government may send a site inspection team to perform an inspection of the contractor's facility prior to arrival of the vessel.
