Environmental Specifications. The Contractor acknowledges that he is working in an environmentally sensitive area and agrees to conform to all environmental controls specified in this document and revised from time to time. It should also be noted that these controls form part of the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for the development and are therefore required to be legally enforced. Presently, these specifications include the following considerations:
Environmental Specifications. SANParks anticipates that national Legislation together with the OMP will adequately cover many of the environmental issues that will arise. In the interim, SANParks has developed internal Specifications for the operational components of the Abseiling activity at TMNP: Northern Section that must be adhered to by the Private Party. These Specifications are developed in-line with Corporate and the parks’ management plan and internal operational policies, procedures and standards. However, the Private Party must be aware; therefore, that the terms and conditions set forth in the Specifications are subject to amendment. Private Parties will be expected to comply at all times with the provisions of the Environmental Specifications as amended from time to time.

These Specifications are developed in-line with Corporate and the parks’ management plan and internal operational policies, procedures and standards. However, the Lessee must be aware; therefore, that the terms and conditions set forth in the Specifications are subject to amendment. Private Parties will be expected to comply at all times with the provisions of the Environmental Specifications as amended from time to time.
Environmental Specifications. The Customer shall be responsible for complying with the written site specifications for the Equipment with respect to air-conditioning, electricity and other utility services and environmental conditions at the Premises.
Environmental Specifications. This will include a tabulation of the potential emissions to air or water, a qualitative identification of pollutants and sources and, where possible, an estimate of the quantities and concentrations;

The Equipment and Software requirements that are set forth in the applicable Transaction Agreement include all physical and environmental Specifications necessary (including Operating System version and feature requirements and limitations, DASD storage requirements, CPU memory requirements, CPU processor type requirements, CPU feature requirements and limitations, Internet and remote access capabilities, and Equipment configuration and connection) for the Licensed Software to be utilized on the Recommended Equipment Configuration in accordance with the applicable Specifications.
Environmental Specifications. Operating Temperature shall be from -40º C to +70º C (-40º F to +158º F) and shall operate at all altitudes ranging from 200 feet Below Mean Sea Level to 13,000 feet Above Mean Sea Level. Between 5,000 feet and 13,000 feet Above Mean Sea Level the ambient operating temperature shall be de-rated by 2º C (3.6º F) for each 1,000 feet increase in altitude. Relative humidity range shall be from 0% to 95% non-condensing.

Private Parties will be expected to comply at all times with the provisions of the Environmental Specifications as amended from time to time.
Environmental Specifications. 2.1 Location of camp and depot The Contractor’s Camp and Materials Storage Area shall be located at a position approved by the AEMR. No site staff other than security personnel shall be housed on site. The Contractor shall provide water and/or washing facilities at the Contractor’s Camp for personnel. The Contractor’s Camp and Materials Storage Area shall be kept neat and tidy and free of litter.
