Work on regular shifts" means only shift work that lasts for a total of at least six working days and where the shifts are within the period of time and do not exceed the length stipulated by the Working Environment Act.   • The Contractor shall commence performance of the Work on the Site under this Contract as of the Proceed Order Date.

Related to Work on

  • Work Week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year, i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.

  • Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.
