Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.
Bulletin Board Thereafter, the Company shall (i) use its best efforts to continue the listing and trading of its Common Stock on the O.T.C. Bulletin Board or to become eligible for and listed and available for trading on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market, the NMS, or the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE"); and (ii) comply in all material respects with the Company's reporting, filing and other obligations under the By-Laws or rules of the National Association of Securities Dealers ("NASD") and such exchanges, as applicable.
OTC Bulletin Board None of the Shares are listed on any stock exchange or automated dealer quotation system and no representation has been made to the Investor that any of the Shares will become listed on any stock exchange or automated dealer quotation system, except that currently market makers make a market for the Company's common shares on the NASD's OTC Bulletin Board.
Union Bulletin Boards The Employer will provide bulletin boards in each building which may be used by the Union for posting notices of the following types:

Bulletin Board Space 34.01 The Employer shall provide bulletin boards to be placed in reasonably accessible locations upon which designated space shall be provided where the Union may be permitted to post notices of meetings and other such notices which may be of interest to Employees. It is not the intention of the Union to post anything objectionable to the Employer.
Use of Bulletin Boards The Board agrees to designate one (1) bulletin board per teacher workroom for use of the Association.
Nasdaq Stock Market The Public Securities have been authorized for listing, subject to official notice of issuance and evidence of satisfactory distribution, on The Nasdaq Stock Market (the “Nasdaq”), and the Company knows of no reason or set of facts that is likely to adversely affect such authorization.
Nasdaq National Market The Common Stock is registered pursuant to Section 12(b) of the Exchange Act and is listed on the Nasdaq National Market ("Nasdaq"), and, except as contemplated by this Agreement, the Company has taken no action designed to, or likely to have the effect of, terminating the registration of the Common Stock under the Exchange Act or delisting the Common Stock from Nasdaq, nor has the Company received any notification that the SEC or the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. ("NASD") is contemplating terminating such registration or listing.
Nasdaq The Securities shall have been approved for listing on Nasdaq, subject to official notice of issuance and evidence of satisfactory distribution, satisfactory evidence of which shall have been provided to the Representative.
