Human Resource Services. Human Resource Services" shall mean the DPAC's pro rata share of cost for administration of Operator's corporate employee benefit plans and policies.
Human Resource Services. Service Provider will, at the Company’s request: (1) manage and administer employee benefit programs, (2) assist the Company in managing corporate human resources compliance, (3) manage human resources information systems data and (4) build reports and analyze the data. In addition, at such time that the Company brings the above services in-house, Service Provider will provide the necessary support to the Company to ensure a seamless transition of such services.
Human Resource Services. (HRS) The County’s HRS department is comprised of various divisions and sections that provide a wide array of personnel and employee services to County departments and agencies. The Chief Human Resource Officer reports directly to the County Executive Officer (CEO).
Human Resource Services. The Human Resource Services Department (HRS) may provide human resource services upon request of the Court. These services may include, but are not limited to, classification and compensation, Equal Employment Opportunity access, employee and labor relations, learning and organizational development, leave and return to work, recruitment and transaction and records processing. The services will be coordinated through the Shared Services unit of HRS. Should the Court request human resource services, the Court will reimburse the full cost of services including salaries, labor burden, services & supplies, and overhead based on direct labor hours used by the Court. HRS will track the direct labor hour usage using the County’s job code system. The Court will reimburse HRS using job billing and the journal voucher process.  Commuter Assistance Program – County administers the Commuter Assistance Program (Rideshare). The Court agrees to pay a charge equal to its proportional share of participating employees of the total contract costs. This share is currently estimated to be 10% of the total Rideshare contract cost. The services to the Court will continue to automatically renew on its anniversary date until the parties agree to any modification or changes to this MOU or until termination as provided herein in Section VIII.

Human Resource Services. Provider may arrange, contract for, and provide customary human resource services to the extent required by the Facilities, including, without limitation, payroll and benefits establishment, payroll administration, benefits enrollment and administration and other related services. Human Resource Services. HongGuan will provide recruitment, hiring, benefit support, etc. for the employees listed on Exhibit B to the Joint Venture Agreement without charge. If the Company has more than the number of employees listed on such Exhibit and does not have its own human resources department, HongGuan agrees to provide these services at a price not to exceed its cost plus 10%.
