Professional Pay. Professional “Pro” pay for an Associate Degree will be paid at the rate of thirty dollars ($30.00) per bi-weekly pay period. For a Baccalaureate Degree, forty-five dollars ($45.00) will be paid bi-weekly. All degrees must be job-related and from an accredited college or university. The Police Chief must approve all course work or degrees awarded before pro pay will be paid.

Professional Pay. Section 24.1 Each bi-weekly pay period, full-time employees with bachelor degrees shall receive forty dollars ($40.00) in their paychecks and those with associate degrees shall receive twenty five dollars ($25.00) in their paychecks. Degrees must be job related, as determined by the employee's department superintendent and the City Administration.
Professional Pay. All employees subject to this Agreement shall receive up to one professional day annually for the purpose of attending workshops or other vocational improvement training opportunities. If the training takes place during normal work hours, the employee shall suffer no loss in pay for attendance at said training and will be paid for any hours beyond the regular paid day. If the training occurs after normal hours or on a weekend, the employee shall receive compensation at the employee’s regular hourly rate for hours of attendance. Requests for utilization of the professional day shall be submitted to and approved by the Transportation Supervisor. Professional days are non-cumulative.
Professional Pay. To encourage continuing professional training and proficiency, all employees who undertake training and are granted accreditation or certification in three (3) of the following fields: ACLS BLS CPR ITLS PALS Fire Safety Inspector HAZ-MAT Awareness shall be paid an annual professional wage supplement in the amount of $2,800. Employees shall maintain accreditation in three (3) of the above fields, respectively, under professional guidelines and requirements established by the State of Ohio or the Fire Chief for the City of Brook Park. Professional Pay. In addition to the base rate of pay, employees who are LEADS certified and hold an OPOTA certification shall receive annual compensation in the amount of one thousand six hundred dollars ($1,600.00).
Professional Pay. With the implementation of HCM for 2015-2017, the following is agreed: • The experiential increment (formerly “steps”) will remain in place and dependent upon successful rating. • The negotiated settlement will be awarded equally to all members of HEA, regardless of the status of the rating. • The pay scale, percentage, or dollar amount of any increases, the amount awarded for experiential increments, and the amount awarded for educational increments will be negotiated, and the membership will vote on that document separately from HCM’s documents. • The performance bonus will be $2,200 per 1.0 FTE. • The performance bonus will be paid on June 30th for contracted Teachers and on June 15th for retiring Teachers. Performance Bonus The performance bonus, as detailed above, is not an addition to the base pay and is not permanent. It will be awarded as per the following: $1600 based on successful rating and successful completion of the three (3) collaborative/coaching activities. $200 based on successful achievement of the site’s goal. Related to Professional Pay

  • Professional Dues The school district will pay the annual dues for the Superintendent’s membership in the American Association of School Administrators, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and Nebraska Council of School Administrators. The Superintendent’s membership in other professional organizations will be considered annually and may be approved at the discretion of the school board.

  • PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION A. The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Such salary schedule shall remain in effect during the designated periods.

  • PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR A. Teachers are expected to comply with reasonable rules, regulations and directions presently in effect and from time to time adopted by the Board, or its representatives, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Professional Leaves 1. Professional Leaves are to be used by an employee to gain knowledge for the position contracted through Bath Local Schools. The employee must request Professional Leave through the employee kiosk. Upon approval, the employee may be permitted to attend the Professional Meeting and will be paid at the regular rate.

  • Professional Leave Professional leave without pay will be granted to full-time and regular part- time employees who are elected to or appointed to the College of Nurses or the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario or the Registered Practical Nurses’ Association of Ontario to attend regularly scheduled meetings of the College of Nurses or the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario or the Registered Practical Nurses’ Association of Ontario subject to the following limitations:

  • Professional Service Consultant agrees that all services and work performed under this agreement will be accomplished in a professional manner, in accordance with the accepted standards of Contractor’s profession.

  • Professional Fees Borrower promises to pay Lender’s fees and expenses necessary to finalize the loan documentation, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys fees, UCC searches, filing costs, and other miscellaneous expenses. In addition, Borrower promises to pay any and all reasonable attorneys’ and other professionals’ fees and expenses (including fees and expenses of in-house counsel) incurred by Lender after the Closing Date in connection with or related to: (a) the Loan; (b) the administration, collection, or enforcement of the Loan; (c) the amendment or modification of the Loan Documents; (d) any waiver, consent, release, or termination under the Loan Documents; (e) the protection, preservation, sale, lease, liquidation, or disposition of Collateral or the exercise of remedies with respect to the Collateral; (f) any legal, litigation, administrative, arbitration, or out of court proceeding in connection with or related to Borrower or the Collateral, and any appeal or review thereof; and (g) any bankruptcy, restructuring, reorganization, assignment for the benefit of creditors, workout, foreclosure, or other action related to Borrower, the Collateral, the Loan Documents, including representing Lender in any adversary proceeding or contested matter commenced or continued by or on behalf of Borrower’s estate, and any appeal or review thereof.
