Professional Fees definition

Professional Fees means amounts billed or to be billed to a client for legal services provided or to be provided to the client by the lawyer or the lawyer’s firm;

Professional Fees means any sums incurred or to be incurred by the Vendor for the employment of the Authorized Person and other professional persons or consultants in relation to completion of the Development;

Professional Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 7.03(d).

• However, following entry of this Order, (i) amounts from the Professional Fees Reserve may be disbursed in the ordinary course of business, as provided for under the Confirmation Order and Confirmation Stipulation, without further order of the Court, and (ii) amounts from the Remaining Customer Claims Reserve shall be disbursed, without further order of the Court, upon entry of an order allowing or disallowing the applicable Remaining Customer Claim(s).

• All final applications for allowance and disbursement of Professional Fees must be in compliance with all of the terms and provisions of any applicable order of the Bankruptcy Court, including the Confirmation Order.

• WCH shall receive all remaining money in the (a) Professional Fees Reserve after the fees and expenses of the Reorganized Debtors’ professionals have been paid in full, and, if applicable, (b) the Remaining Customer Claims Reserve after resolution and payment of allRemaining Customer Claims.

• Within three (3) business days of its receipt of funds from the Professional Fees Reserve and the Remaining Customer Claims Reserve, WCH shall file a notice with this Court indicating such funds have been received.

• The Consultant will maintain at its expense PLI including coverage for errors and omissionscaused by Consultant’s negligence in the performance of its duties under this agreement, (A) For the amount not exceeding total payments for Professional Fees and Reimbursable Expenditures madeor expected to be made to the Consultants hereunder OR (B) the proceeds, the Consultants may be entitled to receive from any insurance maintained by the Consultants to cover such a liability,whichever of (A) or (B) is higher.

More Definitions of Professional Fees

Professional Fees means any Claim of a professional retained in the Chapter 11 Cases, pursuant to sections 327, 328 and 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code or otherwise, for compensation or reimbursement of costs and expenses relating to services incurred prior to and including the Effective Date, when and to the extent any such Claim is Allowed by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to sections 330, 331, 503(b) or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Professional Fees means the fees for professional services rendered and expenses incurred in connection with such services by Professionals on and after the Petition Date and prior to and including the Effective Date.

Professional Fees means the accrued, contingent, and/or unpaid compensation for services rendered (including hourly, transaction, and success fees), and reimbursement for expenses incurred, by Professionals, that: (a) are awardable and allowable pursuant to sections 327, 328, 329, 330, 331, 503(b)(4), and/or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code or otherwise rendered allowable prior to the Confirmation Date; (b) have not been denied by the Bankruptcy Court by Final Order; (c) have not been previously paid (regardless of whether a fee application has been filed for any such amount); and (d) remain outstanding after applying any retainer that has been provided to such Professional. To the extent that any amount of the foregoing compensation or reimbursement is denied or reduced by Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court or any other court of competent jurisdiction, such amount shall no longer constitute Professional Fees.

Professional Fees means the fees and reimbursement for disbursements owed to attorneys, accountants, or other professionals whose employment has been approved by the Bankruptcy Court.

Professional Fees means the accrued, contingent, and/or unpaid compensation for services rendered, and reimbursement for expenses incurred, by Professionals, that: (a) are awardable and allowable pursuant to sections 327, 328, 329, 330, 331, 503(b) and/or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code or otherwise rendered allowable prior to the Confirmation Date; (b) have not been denied by the Bankruptcy Court by Final Order; (c) have not been previously paid (regardless of whether a fee application has been filed for any such amount); and (d) remain outstanding after applying any retainer that has been provided to such Professional.

Professional Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 1.05.

Professional Fees means the unpaid fees and disbursements of Professionals.
