Transportation Supervisor. The Transportation Supervisor shall be an employee of Readington as long as Xxxxx Xxxx is employed in this position and shall exercise general supervisory authority over a combined pupil transportation operation servicing Branchburg and Readington, and all pupil transportation employees of Branchburg and Readington shall be under the Transportation Supervisor's day-to-day supervision and control. The Transportation Supervisor is, and shall remain, supervised by Readington's School Business Administrator, and shall not be considered an employee or agent of Branchburg; provided, that Branchburg’s School Business Administrator shall provide input to Readington's School Business Administrator concerning the day-to-day performance of the Transportation Supervisor. The Transportation Supervisor shall return to being an employee of Branchburg when a successor is hired to replace Xxxxx Xxxx.

Transportation Supervisor. All Transportation Supervisors will bid at least two (2) times per year in approximately equally increments with an aspirational target of April and October (or as needed) based on seniority within classification as listed above in 11.1

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • Occupational Health and Safety Committee The Employer and the Union agree to cooperate in the promotion of safe working conditions, the prevention of accidents, the prevention of workplace injuries and the promotion of safe workplace practices.

  • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR. Except as provided below, CONTRACTOR shall compensate the transportation provider directly for such services, and shall charge the LEA for such services at the actual and reasonable rates billed by the transportation provider, plus a ten percent (.10) administrative fee, unless a “flat rate” is provided in the transportation contract. In the event that the transportation provider notifies the LEA or SELPA Director that CONTRACTOR is more than 90 days behind in payment for transportation services, LEA shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, but not the obligation, to make payment for such services directly to the transportation provider, and to deduct such payments from any sums owed to CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Master Contract and any Individual Services Agreement between the parties. In the event that the LEA makes direct payment of the transportation provider’s charges, it shall be entitled to withhold both the transportation charges themselves and such additional amount as shall be reasonably necessary to compensate the LEA for the staff and other costs incurred in making direct payment of those charges. The remedies provided to the LEA pursuant to this Paragraph shall not be exclusive. CONTRACTOR shall not include transportation through the use of services or equipment owned, leased or contracted through the LEA unless expressly provided in the Individual Services Agreement for the student transported.

  • Child Safety Never leave a child unsupervised near a pool, not even for a second. During social gatherings at or near the pool, appoint a designated adult to protect young children from pool accidents. Children must be watched closely while swimming. Do not use floatation devices as a substitute for supervision. Toys can entice young children into the pool area. When not in use, clear the pool area of all toys.
