Tobacco Free. The use and possession of tobacco and tobacco products is prohibited on campus. The Oaks clubhouse and apartments are tobacco free. Use of any tobacco product or electronic cigarette is not permitted inside any residence hall and apartment rooms, lobbies, hallways, bathrooms, or any other area inside or around the building(s).
Tobacco Free. I agree to be tobacco free upon appointment and throughout the length of my service to the Xxxxxxx Fire Department. It is understood that the use of tobacco or tobacco products at any time during my length of service with the Xxxxxxx Fire Department is prohibited and shall constitute a breach of this agreement and, by my signature below, I agree to automatic resignation and forfeiture of my position with the City of Xxxxxxx in this event.
Tobacco Free. In accordance with the Tobacco and Smoke-Free Campus Policy of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, the use of all forms of tobacco products is prohibited on property owned, leased, rented, in the possession of, or in any way used by the CSU.

Tobacco Free. This requirement is to stay tobacco free for each quarter. If you do you use tobacco in any manner, you could still fulfill the incentive by joining a tobacco use cessation program. Raffle Incentives are available if you attend a Wellness Information Session: You will receive a raffle prize chance for each Health Behavior Requirement you meet. Additional raffle prize chances can be earned by attending any of the healthcare education sessions or lunch & learns.
Tobacco Free. All members covered by this agreement hired on or after October 1, 2015, shall be required to sign an individual agreement to acknowledge they will be a non-user of any tobacco products while on or off duty for the full length of their employment. Tobacco usage is defined as smoking cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or use of any type of tobacco or non-prescribed nicotine products of any kind at all times, whether on or off duty. The parties further agree to encourage members hired before October 1, 2015, to stop using tobacco products. The City shall work with these affected members to develop a cessation program. Voluntary participation in such program is to be performed off-duty.
Tobacco Free. 17 The District and the Association, in accordance with RCW 28A.210.310, recognize that the Xxxx 18 School District is a tobacco-free workplace. This means that no employee may smoke any kind of 19 lighted pipe, cigar, and cigarette, or use any other nicotine delivery device or use tobacco products in 20 or on District property. 22 The District agrees to pay the cost of assistance provided through consultants approved by the District 23 (up to a maximum of one hundred dollars [$100.00] per employee) for those employees who use 24 tobacco products and who need assistance in quitting this use. 26 Any employee who violates this contract provision will be subject to progressive disciplinary action.
