Procedure Manual. As noted, the procedure manual [10] has been designed as a working document giving the group the flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the members as standards, methods of communication, and institutional mandates and responsibilities change over time. The manual will be amended as necessary and reviewed on at least a yearly basis when the group members meet.
