Apron Area definition

Apron Area means the paved area of the airport designated for aircraft parking, loading and unloading of passengers and cargo, and refueling.
Apron Area means the land identified as Apron Area except as otherwise provided herein, all facilities, equipment and improvements now or hereafter located thereon.
Apron Area means the paved aircraft ramp area adjacent to the Terminal Building that provides for the parking, loading, unloading, and servicing of aircraft.

  • Fees mean a fee assessed by County for each aircraft parking operation that occurs on any portion of the Aircraft Apron Area located outside of an Air Transportation Company’s Preferential Use Premises.

Apron Area means the areas at the Airport dedicated to the parking, servicing, and ground handling of aircraft at the Terminal Building, all as shown on the Airport’s Terminal Layout, Exhibit B.

Apron Area means the aircraft parking and maneuvering areas adjacent to the Terminal Building as designated by the Commissioner of Transportation. The term Apron Area shall not include areas associated with Terminal Building(s), or portions thereof, which have been decommissioned by the Commissioner of Transportation in anticipation of demolition pursuant to the Capital Improvement Program.

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor area of the Unit including the area covered by the internal partition walls of the Unit but shall exclude the area covered by external walls, areas under service shafts, exclusive balcony/verandah/open terrace area.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.
