Staffing Requirements definition

Staffing Requirements means all personnel reasonably required to deliver services in accordance with this Agreement to the CDS Entities and the Real Estate Assets as set forth in the Annual Business Plan and Budget, whether related to each individual Real Estate Asset or on a collective basis.

  • Reporting Requirements As defined in Section 11.15.

  • Program Requirements means that the Partner has to fulfill certain minimum program entry requirements as well as ongoing program requirements, some of which are general PartnerEdge requirements, some of which are specific for the “Run Engagement”, including, without limitation payment of the Program Fee(s), meeting certain minimum annual revenue requirements, upholding a Run Authorization for at least one Product Family available for the “Run Engagement” and other requirements as set out in detail in the PartnerEdge Program Guide and the RSPI.

  • Service Requirements means the specification that the Flexibility Services must be capable of meeting, as defined in Schedule 1;

  • Certification Requirements means the requirements specified in this Agreement (including without limitation the Xbox Guide) for quality, compatibility, and/or performance of a Software Title, and, to the extent not inconsistent with the foregoing standards, the standards of quality and performance generally accepted in the console game industry.

  • Project Requirements means the statement included in the Request for Proposal detailing the technical and other requirements of Canada which are to be met by the successful Bidder, and which are to be addressed in the Bid;

  • Data Protection Requirements means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000, the Telecommunications (Lawful Business Practice) (Interception of Communications) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000/2699), the Electronic Communications Data Protection Directive (2002/58/EC) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (SI 2426/2003) and all applicable laws and regulations relating to the processing of personal data and privacy, including where applicable the guidance and codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner, and the equivalent of any of the foregoing in any relevant jurisdiction.

  • Design requirements means the written description of the infrastructure facility to be procured pursuant to this article, including:

  • End Client Requirements means the specific requirements of the End Client, as notified to the Supplier in writing;

  • Operational requirements means the need to ensure that the Agency is to be operated as effectively, efficiently and economically as possible.

  • Perfection Requirements means the filing of appropriate financing statements with the office of the Secretary of State or other appropriate office of the state of organization of each Loan Party, the filing of appropriate assignments or notices with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the U.S. Copyright Office, the proper recording or filing, as applicable, of Mortgages and fixture filings with respect to any Material Real Estate Asset constituting Collateral, in each case in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties and the delivery to the Administrative Agent of any stock certificate or promissory note required to be delivered pursuant to the applicable Loan Documents, together with instruments of transfer executed in blank.

  • Debt Service Requirements means the aggregate principal payments (whether at maturity or pursuant to scheduled mandatory sinking fund redemption requirements) and interest payments on the Bonds for the period of time for which calculated; provided, however, that for purposes of calculating such amount, principal and interest shall be excluded from the determination of Debt Service Requirements to the extent that such principal or interest is payable from amounts deposited in trust, escrowed or otherwise set aside for the payment thereof with the Paying Agent or other commercial bank or trust company located in the State and having full trust powers.

  • OHS Requirements means all Laws applicable to the Supply and related to occupational health or safety, and all of the City Policies that relate to occupational health or safety, and includes without limitation the WCA;

  • Mandatory Requirements means those requirements described herein, which shall be fully satisfied in order for any Proposal to be considered by the City as a qualified Proposal.

  • Specifications and Standards means the specifications and standards relating to the quality, quantity, capacity and other requirements for the Work, and any modifications thereof, or additions thereto, as included in the design and engineering for the Work executed by the Successful Bidder to, and expressly approved by, the BSCL;

  • Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards means those certain technical requirements and standards applicable to interconnections of generation and/or transmission facilities with the facilities of an Interconnected Transmission Owner or, as the case may be and to the extent applicable, of an Electric Distributor, as published by Transmission Provider in a PJM Manual provided, however, that, with respect to any generation facilities with maximum generating capacity of 2 MW or less (synchronous) or 5 MW or less (inverter-based) for which the Interconnection Customer executes a Construction Service Agreement or Interconnection Service Agreement on or after March 19, 2005, “Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards” shall refer to the “PJM Small Generator Interconnection Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.” All Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards shall be publicly available through postings on Transmission Provider’s internet website.

  • Market Requirements means all the constitutions, laws, rules, regulations, by-laws, customs and practices, rulings, interpretations, standards, Prescribed Terms, levies and administrative requests of the relevant market(s), governmental or regulatory authorities, exchange(s) and clearing house(s) whatsoever;

  • Qualification Requirements means the qualification requirements as set forth in Section-2, Clause 2.1 of RFQ;

  • MREL Requirement means the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities which is or, as the case may be, will be applicable to the Issuer;
