COOP Activation. The Contractor shall continue to perform Mail Services while the USPS® is open and receiving mail; ensure that the Eligible User’s mail remains secure and undamaged; and take any and all actions necessary to continue to perform regardless of whether those actions are specifically described in the COOP.
