PRICE POLICY. The cost of your travel experience is based upon prevailing exchange rates and prices as at the time of booking. The costs associated with travel arrangements are not always stable, and currency movements can fluctuate sharply. It is impossible to predict these movements in advance. When you book a travel experience through us, we reserve the right to pass on any adverse price movements from the original quoted price to you. These may include increases in transportation costs, including the costs of fuel and security charges, taxes or fees chargeable for services such as landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports and airports, or exchange rates applied to the particular travel experience. Optionally, you may choose to pay for your travel experience in full within 24 hours of booking, in which case your travel experience price will be fixed at the cost quoted by the Operator at that time.

PRICE POLICY. Prices of the Products are subject to change without notice and may be increased depending on the date of release and/or shipment of the order, announced increases in the Company’s list prices, or increases in labor, fuel, shipping, and material costs.
PRICE POLICY. Prices are subject to change by OrthogenRx without notice to Customer or any other person or entity. Any additional costs incurred by OrthogenRx in connection with or arising out of the manufacture, sale, or distribution of product, including, but not limited to, increases in labor, freight and materials cost before shipment of order and applicable overhead, may be invoiced to Customer and Customer agrees to pay same. Premium time as required by Customer will be invoiced as an extra item. Customer will pay all state, federal, or local taxes when due; this includes sales, use, excise, gross receipts, value-added taxes or other surcharges or assessments that OrthogenRx is at any time obligated to pay or collect based on or in any way levied on, the sale of products and/or services, or the products or any services related thereto. Additionally, Customer agrees and is obligated to pay all interest or penalties assessed by OrthogenRx due to failure to comply with the obligations contained herein. Further, Customer agrees and is obligated to reimburse OrthogenRx promptly any amounts OrthogenRx pays on behalf of Customer that are Customer’s obligation. PRICING ERRORS Pricing errors may occur on the Portal from time to time, on items sold by OrthogenRx, or items sold by third-party sellers. OrthogenRx attempts to correct all pricing errors promptly after discovery or after OrthogenRx receives notice of an error. OrthogenRx reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligation to Customer, even after receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from OrthogenRx. Any payments Customer makes to OrthogenRx for orders that are cancelled due to pricing errors will be refunded.

All past due amounts shall bear interest at the highest rate allowed by law. Texas AirSystems retains all rights to enforce lien and/or claim opportunities in accordance with respective states and federal laws to protect Texas AirSystems interests. Shipping terms and dates: All shipments will be made F.O.B. factory or Texas AirSystems warehouse with freight as quoted. Shipment dates are only estimates. No contract has been made to ship in a specified time unless in writing, and signed by an officer of the Company. Claims: The responsibility of the Company for all shipments ceases upon delivery of goods in good order to the carrier. Since all goods are shipped at Purchaser’s risk, any claims for damage or shortage in transit must be filled by Purchaser against the carrier. Claims for factory shortages will not be considered unless made in writing to the Company within ten (10) days after receipt of the goods and accompanied by reference to the Company’s bill of lading and factory order numbers. Taxes: The amount of any present or future taxes applicable to the product shall be added to the price contained herein and paid by the Purchaser in the same manner and with the same effects as if originally added thereto.
