Date of Delivery definition

Date of Delivery means that date by which the Goods must be Delivered to UKRI, as specified in the Award Letter.
Date of Delivery means the date stipulated in the contract for the delivery of the goods.

Date of Delivery means the contract period which shall extend from the time of placing an official written order on the successful bidder up to and including the contract expiry date as depicted elsewhere herein.
