Transportation Costs. The cost of transporting a Warranted Part claimed to be defective to the facilities designated by the Seller and for the return therefrom of a repaired or replaced Warranted Part shall be borne by the Buyer.

For Xxxxx coverage of shipping costs as outlined above for covered products, Company must use the method and account number provided by Xxxxx Technical support. Shipping by any method other than by such method approved by Xxxxx or shipping paid for by Company will not be paid for by Xxxxx. Standard ground shipping methods will be used in all cases.
Transportation Costs. Contractor shall arrange and pay for all transportation, storage and transfer costs incurred in connection with the Work, except for the transportation and storage costs attributable to Owner Equipment, which transportation and storage costs shall be paid by Owner.
