Rates and Prices definition

Rates and Prices means the rates and prices inserted in the Schedules for the design, execution and completion of the Works and for the provision of the Operation Service as incorporated in the Contract.
Rates and Prices means the rates and prices set out in the Schedule of Rates.

Related to Rates and Prices

  • Current Prices means the prices for the specified materials prevailing on any date subsequent to the date 28 days prior to the latest date set for the submission of the Tenders, by reason of any National or State Statute or Ordinance,
