Other Documents means the Notes and any and all other agreements, instruments and documents, including, without limitation, guaranties, pledges, powers of attorney, consents, and all other writings heretofore, now or hereafter executed by Borrower and/or delivered to Agent or any Lender in respect of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Other Documents means the Note, the Questionnaire, the Fee Letter, any Guaranty, any Guarantor Security Agreement, any Lender-Provided Interest Rate Hedge and any and all other agreements, instruments and documents, including guaranties, pledges, powers of attorney, consents, interest or currency swap agreements or other similar agreements and all other writings heretofore, now or hereafter executed by Borrower or any Guarantor and/or delivered to Agent or any Lender in respect of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

• To the extent Revolving Advances are not actually funded by the other Lenders in respect of any such amounts so charged, all such amounts so charged shall be deemed to be Revolving Advances / Swing Loans made by and owing to Agent and Agent shall be entitled to all rights (including accrual of interest) and remedies of a Lender under this Agreement and the Other Documents with respect to such Revolving Advances.

• This Amendment, the Credit Agreement, and the Other Documents contain the entire understanding among Borrowers, Lenders and Agent and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, if any, relating to the subject matter hereof.

Other Documents means the Notes, the Questionnaire, the Assignment of Factoring Proceeds and any and all other agreements, instruments and documents, including, without limitation, notes, guaranties, pledges, additional security agreements, powers of attorney, consents, and all other writings heretofore, now or hereafter executed by Borrower and/or delivered to Agent or any Lender in respect of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Other Documents means the Note, the Perfection Certificates, any Guaranty, any Guarantor Security Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement, any Lender-Provided Interest Rate Hedge and any and all other agreements, instruments and documents, including any subordination agreements, intercreditor agreements, guaranties, pledges, security agreement supplements, collateral assignments, powers of attorney, consents or other similar agreements executed in connection with this Agreement, now or hereafter executed by any Borrower or any Guarantor and/or delivered to Agent or any Lender in respect of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Other Documents means the Note, the Perfection Certificate, any Guaranty, any Guarantor Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Fee Letter, the Warrant Purchase Agreement, the Warrant, the Subordination Agreements, any Lender-Provided Interest Rate Hedge and any and all other agreements, instruments and documents, including, without limitation, guaranties, pledges, powers of attorney, consents, interest or currency swap agreements or other similar agreements and all other writings heretofore, now or hereafter executed by any Borrower or any Guarantor and/or delivered to Agent or any Lender in respect of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Other Documents means the Plan, any other management equity award agreement between Executive and TWW and any employment agreement by and between Executive and any Company Entity, in each case as amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Other Documents means the Notes, the Perfection Certificates, the Guaranty, the Security Documents, the Environmental Indemnity Agreements, any Lender-Provided Hedge, any and all other agreements, instruments, certificates, statements and documents, including any acknowledgment and waivers, intercreditor agreements, guaranties, pledges, powers of attorney, consents, interest or currency swap agreements or other similar agreements and all other writings heretofore, now or hereafter executed or provided by any Credit Party and/or delivered to Agent or any Lender in respect of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Other Documents means, the Notes, the Perfection Certificates, any Guaranty, any Guarantor Security Agreement, any Pledge Agreement, any Lender-Provided Interest Rate Hedge, the Fee Letter and any and all other agreements, instruments and documents, including intercreditor agreements, guaranties, pledges, powers of attorney, consents, interest or currency swap agreements or other similar agreements and all other writings heretofore, now or hereafter executed by any Borrower or any Guarantor and/or delivered to Agent or any Lender in respect of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, in each case together with all extensions, renewals, amendments, supplements, modifications, substitutions and replacements thereto and thereof.

Other Documents means the Partnership Agreement, any other management equity award agreement between Executive and the Partnership and any employment agreement by and between Executive and any Partnership, in each case as amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
