Surcharges. You agree that you will not impose a surcharge or any other fee for accepting PayPal as a payment method that exceeds the amount you pay us for that payment as a percentage of your total price.
Surcharges. Xxxxxxxx agrees that it will not impose surcharges on debit card transactions. Subject to any express variations by local law.
Surcharges. If Merchant chooses to impose a surcharge on Card payments, Merchant may do so only after meeting specific considerations, limitations, and requirements as defined by the Card Associations. Requirements and limitations include: (i) Merchant may impose a surcharge only if permitted by, and is compliant with, state and local law; (ii) Merchant shall notify Bank, Company, and Card Associations no less than 30 days in advance of imposing any surcharge; (iii) Merchant shall publicly disclose its surcharge practices at the store entry point and point of sale; and (iv) Any surcharge imposed by Merchant shall not exceed 4% of the underlying Transaction amount. Surcharges. You will not add any amount to the posted price of goods or services you offer as a condition of paying with a Card, except as permitted by the Rules. This paragraph does not prohibit you from offering a discount from the standard price to induce a person to pay by cash, check or similar means rather than by using a Card.
Surcharges. If, during the term of this Agreement, new laws or regulations are enacted that require TLO to make substantial and unanticipated capital expenditures with respect to the Terminals, TLO may impose a monthly surcharge to cover Tesoro’s pro rata share of the cost of complying with these laws or regulations, based upon the percentage of Tesoro’s use of the services or facilities impacted by such new laws or regulations. TLO and Tesoro shall use their reasonable commercial efforts to comply with these laws and regulations, and shall negotiate in good faith to mitigate the impact of these laws and regulations and to determine the level of the monthly surcharge.
Surcharges. In addition to payment of the Maintenance Charge and the Booking Fees, the City shall pay Surcharges associated with services provided to City Inmates as described below. The types of services provided to an Inmate associated with each Surcharge, and a general description of each Surcharge, is set forth in Attachment III-1. The initial Surcharge amounts described in paragraphs (a) – (d) below shall apply from the January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021, and shall inflated for 2022 as described in Section 5 below.
Surcharges. The following additional charges shall apply to the total amounts due to the Company under this Agreement from the Drainage Authority:
Surcharges. Merchant shall not require any Cardholder to pay any part of any discount or other fee imposed upon Merchant by this Agreement, whether through an increase in price or otherwise requiring a Cardholder to pay a surcharge as a condition of sale that is not also required from a customer paying cash.

(i) If, during the Term, any existing laws or regulations are changed or any new laws or regulations are enacted that require TLO to make substantial and unanticipated expenditures (whether capitalized or otherwise) with respect to the Storage Facility or with respect to the services provided hereunder, TLO may, subject to the terms of this Section 8(b) impose a surcharge (a “Surcharge”) to cover TRMC’s pro rata share of the cost of complying with these laws or regulations, based upon the percentage of TRMC’s use of the services or facilities impacted by such new laws or regulations.
Surcharges. Cape Air reserves the right to impose surcharges, such as a surcharge for fuel, in its sole discretion. Such a surcharge will be publicly filed with the Airline Tariff Publishing Company (ATPCO) along with fares and rules in accordance with standard Cape Air procedure.
