The Employer shall review the existing job description and make any required revisions to reflect the additional expectations of this level. These will include, but are not limited to:  Receiving and recording unsolicited trade orders from members  Placing unsolicited trade orders  Sales and referrals targets as established on an annual basis  Meeting continuing education and licensing requirements The revised job description will be completed within six (6) months of ratification and provided to the Union at that time.
